AULI offers products for sale on www.auli.co.uk and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the “Consumers”. This website is directed to private individuals. Any corporate and wholesale users may only contact AULI via corporate sales section. We reserve the right not to process orders received from users who are not “Consumers” and any other order which does not comply with our policy.

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at email@example.com quoting your order number.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that there may be a pricing error, we will advise you of this. We do not guarantee that all the items available at the auli.co.uk online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In case we are out of stock of any items in your order we will contact you by phone or by e-mail.
If you wish to make a change to the Products you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the order, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, shapes and look of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods. The packaging may vary from that shown. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.
AULI cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
ORDER, DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CHARGES
You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to the basket. Items you do not require can be removed from the basket at any time. The buyer assumes responsibility for the goods being suitable for the purpose for which they are being purchased. Carriage charges will be shown prior to you placing your order. You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering. We accept payments by PayPal, Visa / Delta / Electron, MasterCard / Eurocard, Maestro and American Express., AULI does not keep its customers payment card details. Promotional prices only apply during the period stated. Once your order is complete we will notify you of the dispatch date.
Delivery and delivery charges
Order is dispatched 1-2 working days following the day the order was placed.
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50 in the UK and Ireland
Standard delivery is £4 for orders below £50
Delivery to all other EU countries will be charged £10 per order.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
You may request the refund or exchange of items during 28 days following the delivery of your order. Simply write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in unused condition and labels and original packaging are fully intact and in resalable condition. We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within two weeks of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to email@example.com. We will examine all products returned as damaged or defective and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card. We will refund the price of the product in full. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us, provided that the reason for the return is not because of an error on our part. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us.

The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK. All contracts are concluded in English.
