Job Overview:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies and marketing plans to enhance Auli.co.uk’s brand presence and drive growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent creative skills, who can manage and execute branding projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to refine brand strategies.

Content Planning and Management:

  • Content Strategy Development:
    • Create a content strategy that aligns with overall brand objectives and targets different stages of the customer journey.
    • Develop a content calendar that outlines planned content across all channels, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and website updates.
  • Content Creation and Curation:
    • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, working with internal teams and external agencies/freelancers.
    • Curate user-generated content and leverage it to enhance brand authenticity and engagement.
  • SEO and Content Optimization:
    • Implement SEO best practices to ensure all content is optimized for search engines and can drive organic traffic.
    • Continuously analyze content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Marketing and Campaign Management:

  • Marketing Campaign Development:
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
    • Utilize a mix of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, PPC, and influencer partnerships.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting:
    • Identify and segment target audiences to deliver personalized and relevant marketing messages.
    • Use data analytics to understand customer behavior and preferences, refining marketing strategies accordingly.

Sales Channel Development:

  • Channel Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a multi-channel sales strategy that includes online, offline, and emerging channels.
    • Identify and evaluate new sales channels and opportunities for market expansion.
  • E-commerce Management:
    • Optimize the company’s e-commerce platform to enhance user experience and increase online sales.
    • Collaborate with the digital team to implement features and tools that drive conversions.
  • Retail Partnerships:
    • Establish and manage relationships with retail partners to expand the brand’s offline presence.
    • Coordinate with retail partners to ensure consistent brand representation and support in-store marketing efforts.
  • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Initiatives:
    • Develop and implement DTC strategies to increase direct sales through the company’s website and other owned channels.
    • Leverage data from DTC sales to inform broader marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management, content planning, and multi-channel marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
